CPHL
The Colorado Prep Hockey League (CPHL) is the first of two seasons we play in each school year. The CPHL season starts in August and runs through the end of October. The CHSAA season begins in early November.
CPHL is a club prep season loosely associated with Kent Denver School.
Ages
The Kent Denver Hockey Club CPHL season is a U18 High School season. Freshman through Seniors will be rostered.
Practices
Practices will be Monday and Thursday at 4:15pm-5:15pm and Wednesday at 7:15am. All sessions are at DU.
Practices start Mon, August 24th
Games
We play anywhere from 10-20 games, depending on if we play in a local tournament over Labor Day, and qualifying playoff games.
Team Fees
Their will be two options for team fees.
- Full time player = $2,000
- Part Time player = $1,000
- Part time player is one that plays a fall sport at Kent. If you think you will miss more than one practice a week, you will register as part time.
Please note that these team fees are estimates based on team participation and other approximate costs and may be adjusted based on team sizes.
For new players to the program, there will be additional player Kent gear and apparel expenses. Players will also be responsible for purchasing a navy blue helmet.
CPHL 2026
This registration is for ALL Kent Denver Hockey Club players that are playing during the 2026 CPHL season.
You will be given the choice during registration to register for FULL TIME or PART TIME.

To register for the season and our evaluation skates, your player will need a USA Hockey #. Please make sure and register with USA Hockey via the link below PRIOR to registering for our season.
Deadline to register: August 6, 2026
